Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase — a 24-hour pass or lifetime access — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including if you simply changed your mind.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email. You can also contact us through the app and we will help you get it sorted.

Once a refund is issued, the associated access is removed from your account. The money is returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

If playback or access does not work as expected, get in touch before requesting a refund — most issues (for example Spotify connection problems) can be fixed quickly, and we will refund you anyway if we cannot solve it.
